I entered to win an advanced copy of this book, but I did not win an copy. However, after reading the first look, I found this book to be something that I was interested in purchasing for myself. I was not disappointed at all! This was a beautiful story about learning our history, and how we use that knowledge to determine what kind of legacy, or history, we will leave behind. I throughly enjoyed this book. It brought about joy and tears from me as I read it. I would highly recommend this book to anyone that enjoys stories of family history, coming of age, self-discovery, and/or legacy related stories. As soon as I finished reading the book, I passed along to my mother and she loved it as well!
