Hardly do we hear of Black women in positions of authority, yet, each and every woman featured on the cover commands authority in her own domain. From Elaine, who was the youngest Black Editor in Chief of CondéNast to Issa Rae who saw a gap in the market and used her success on YouTube to springboard her way into television. These are the women of my generation whom I look up to, who saw doors shut in the faces, walked next door and built their own boardroom. Love to see it & cannot wait to read it!
