One word Emotional. This book gave all of the feelings that really get to feel from every page. The part where they have a box that says Do not open until I'm in the ground and inside is a letter for Avery, was heart wretching it really had me on the spot. "Live Avery. Live for me" my eyes stung and I slowed my reading. This book was well written and the representation is great, I really enjoyed reading this book. I would give it so many more stars if I could. There was trauma, the family secrets and wanting to have the last moments with her grandmother who is dying. The romance tab bit was great as well, falling for the girl nextdoor and living in a small town. I can not wait to recommend this book to people to read it and hope they enjoyed it as much as I do.
