I liked the beginning of the novel and the multiple perspective format seems to fit because of the nature of the story itself. Dysfunctional family dramas are often best told through the perspective of the individual instead of as a whole, so I look forward to reading more of the novel. The cover art is bright and simplistic, fitting in with the novel.
