While reading this, I was surprised by how angry I got when the judge went and basically freed the guilty. I knew I was going to be angry and upset by the outcome, but I didn’t think the way the author told the story would cause such an intense emotion to rise in me. It’s such a good book so far but it’s so sad and disgusting that this stuff is actually happening in real life.
The cover is beautiful and I would 100% pick it up in stores.
