As a book lover, librarian, former bookstore employee, the fact that this started with a setting in a bookstore was perfect from the start. I also loved that our main character wasn't a reader right off the bat, that it didn't just come easy to him. But I also loved the way the books were described, even if I don't agree with some of the things suggesting people won't use cookbooks anymore since they can find it online, etc. I have read this author before and liked her books, so this one will be another one I hope to finish and will probably enjoy just as much!
