Aaron and his dad Ira own a bookstore. Actually, Aaron owns the store. His parents were dealing with a bankruptcy situation and transferred the store to Aaron on his 18th birthday to keep it open. Have things gotten better, or easier? No, they have not. Customers barely come into the store. Aaron has even lost his love of reading. He can only read a book about the extinction of dinosaurs, it’s symbolic. Aaron feels like they are the dinosaurs after their own meteor hit and ruined everything.
