At first glance, I was immediately drawn in by the cover art. It is, for lack of a better term, stunning, and ticks of that "READ ME" part of my brain! Getting to the story, I was a bit conflicted on my feelings- while I absolutely adore the dark imagery, I found the world concept difficult to digest. Despite this, I think the novel has great potential and I would love to read more.
