Opens with a mind-thinker! What is about to happen, and to whom? A well thought-out mystery with clues that were very well hidden. Like a good detective, that is working on a good mystery, will find them.
Lisa Jewell had this one all wrapped up. And has the writing style to prove it, because her skills showed a deep and well developed plot that was smooth as silk all the way to the end of the book. I can't wait to read more of her books. Even the recorded interviews were spot on with the questioning. That part was like you were there with them. The characters led this reader through some twisty and then, turny parts. I love a good challenge! Great job!
