Solid Thriller
I had never read anything by Lisa Jewel, but this kept me hooked and hooked from the first page. I ended up really liking Joey and wanted to see what the story had in store for her. While this didn't blow me away, it was a quick and easy read and I would read more from this author for sure! I really liked the setting of this and the pacing of the plot. I think she did a nice job drawing you in with the opening and making you want to stick around to find out what happened. There were a few twists and turns along the way. Overall, I liked the writing style and the story line and I was glad to finally read something from this author that I had heard so many good things about. This book did not disappoint!
