This book and author were highly recommended to me, and I was very excited to read Watching You. I’m a sucker for a mystery with alternating points of view. It was very entertaining to get a glimpse of each persons' life from their own point of view, then swivel to another character to get their outsider take on what is going on. The characters were quirky and interesting, and parts of it reminded me of my own small neighborhood that I grew up in (minus murder). I liked that the book was not all centered on the thriller aspect, that it had various plots and layers unraveling all at the same time.
This story had a lot going on, but the ending was woven together perfectly. Can’t wait to read more by Lisa Jewell!
