Addictive, captivating, mysterious, twisted.

This book felt like there was two written into one. There's quite a few characters, watching, stalking, gossiping, and eventually killing. The book starts out with a murder then goes into the different stories of at least six characters intertwined together. Personally I felt there were too many characters for the ending that transpired with an expected character flaw, I somewhat guessed the ending. Overall the writing style, world building, and character development was superb.

A high ranking school teacher Tom Fitz William, centers around a group of people including his family, wife, son, and other students. Each person and their partners seem to be connected to Tom. The police interviews and time frames jumps back and forth in the novel to a dynamic and sad ending. Personally I felt Freddie was one creepy kid.
