This was my first Lisa Jewell book and WOW was it great. I am a huge fan of thrillers and mysteries but this was not like any other book I have read! I had to “white knuckle” the edges sometimes things were getting so intense. This book definitely kept me up till 2AM!
I loved all the different story lines that were still all tied together somehow. Part of the mystery is trying to figure out how all the stories go together. I love puzzles and this book was like a puzzle! Even though there are different story lines, they are easy to follow and keep track of. Additionally, it was nice to have all loose ends tied up at the end. I don’t like having anything left to the imagination when reading since its not my story to tell. Lisa Jewell did a great job of keeping me on my toes and telling me everything I needed to know in the end.
Highly recommending for everyone!!! Can't wait to read more of her work!
