I like the concept of this book and the meaning behind it. I enjoyed the start of the book. But somewhere within the writing I got really lost and found myself having to reread some parts and eventually I just didnr understand what was going on. Maybe if I knew some of the backstory behind this book I would have understood it better but it just wasnt for me.
I always hope to find that badass female protagonist. I'm sure that intended audience will love this and the story behind it. I hope to give it another try when I understand more about the war the real war that is being fault. The child soldiers that are stolen to be put in these wars.
