Okay so I love YA books that have to do with Sci-fi, history, and empowering girls fighting. I liked the authors style of writing.
It would have been nice if the author gave more history on the Nigerian war, which I knew nothing about from the civil war. How did I not learn about that. Maybe the author could have given more history about it in the beginning on the book.
I like books based in space. This one was how a world was just no longer livable from climate change and nuclear disaster.
This was a good YA novel and yet I haven't read his other book, I will enjoy picking up Beasts Made of Night and read that one too. I would reccomend this book who are into books with sci-fi, history and a girl war book fighting for peace, hope and a future of no more violence.
