This story was incredible! The friendship, the secret, the pursuit to save nature. It had some twists I wasn’t expecting & there will be no spoilers from me but you must read this if you find compelling stories about friendship & hardship that could easily relate to current times. The 2 main characters are girls that don’t seem to be the type that would form a friendship, they also show you how hard it can be to maintain friendships through life. The force for which Cadie wants to save nature & always has is a story in itself. The drive & passion she has is something that I wish more people had about saving nature. The way the book ties in the present with what happened in the past is easy & makes moving back and forth seamless. I’ve been telling everyone they need to read this book! The way the book ended is not something I fully saw coming but it something that works for this story. Do yourself a favor & get this book ASAP!
