I love the cover! It gives me Where the Crawdads Sing vibes which in my book, is a total win. I also was in by the second word, whenever a book starts with present day, it gets me excited. I'm a sucker for any book that switches between present and past times, I dont know what it is about that but I always love it! I also absolutely love Cadence Kessler: Outlaw entemologist. The writing is great and the Cadie is a character that intrigues me, I cant wait to see how this story progresses.
