I would always see this book title pop up on Bookstagram stories of people’s favorite book and knew I needed to read it. I waited forever to find it at the perfect price and BAM on my birthday it was meant to be. I chose to go the audiobook route and loved the narrators voice. I felt he made the story come to life and give it meaning. The main character was very mediocre but had a certain something about him that you are drawn to. I never felt disconnected with him nor the story. I applaud the author for keeping my attention the whole time and having a wonderful character development. I did rate this book three stars as I was hoping something more would of happened. I kept waiting and waiting and nothing came out of it. I think this is people’s favorite book with the amount of after thought you have after reading it. I would still recommend this to anyone!
