This is an out of my comfort zone read for me just because I am not a parent but I am fortunate enough to be a "cool aunt" and I wanted to be able to take care of the littles while their parents were out and about and they were in my care. This was a different parenting book than some of the others I've seen because it was more of a self-help book for parents rather than you trying to tell your kids what to do and how to make them do that thing you want. This was so you as a person could improve and make sure that you were the best parent that you could be through the use of the four c's which I really appreciated learning about and is something I can even take into my life at work with other friends and family members not just children. I would recommend picking this up to anybody who's thinking about having kids or even as kids in their lives and any type of way.
