A vagabond is defined as someone who wonders. And that's what this book is obviously focused on. The plot is interesting for sure, but I did not find it extremely unique or more attractive than other popular offerings in this genre.

Even though this is sci-fi, I still like a touch of realism that could make it plausible, such as real events that could happen on Earth.

One premise I did like in particular was the development of two societies, one Earth and one Mars.

I really wish there was detail about the battles between those on Earth and those on Mars. In such a large book (600ish pages), I would imagine that there would be at least a good amount of details on the wars, which is typically very intense and captivating to follow.
