I was interested right away because this is a genre that I'm a fan of, though I'm not all that into stories about teenagers. I didn't like that it opened with an infodump. In fact, it was too much exposition right away. I'm interested in reading more and I like the style, but I didn't get to know much about any of the characters yet. I'd be open to giving it more stars if the story actually gets started at some point, but from this First Impression, it's just a lot of telling.
