I think there will be a good audience for it, but may not be for me

I generally like YA, but I was not immediately interested by the plot. Sometimes the writing will surprise me and I will try a book out, despite that, but it didn't really leave me wanting more. Having said that, it was not bad by any means, and I think there will be a good audience for it.
