I loved how this book wasn't just for one person, it is for members of the black community and allies. Because it wasn't just for one type of person, I believe that everyone should read this book if they get the chance.
This book was written by a husband and wife duo and explores Black Identity in the "working world". It also touches on helpful topics such as how to be productive, find your purpose, and to help you succeed in business (with all of the problems, racism, etc, that follows the black community.)
Another thing that I really liked and enjoyed about this book is that it is filled with 40+ interviews from successful black people. They talk about their struggles and what it took for them to succeed when others didn't want them to.
