I am really excited about this book! The plot is compelling and I think it will be an invaluable resource to those who are trying to make their own place, despite obstacles, and those who are trying to make the workplace more welcoming for people of all backgrounds. It seems like it will be very motivating and also will help the reader develop empathy for another's plight while giving resources on how to help in ways that they can.
