While this isn't a book I'll be picking up soon, I think it's such an important one to be told. In today's society, it seems that Black individuals always have to overcome extra hurdles in order to reach the same places as their non-Black counterparts, and that's (at least partially) due to misconceptions and stereotypes that are wildly inaccurate. We need to do a better job at dismantling this extra barrier for a more equitable future.
