This book is one that will reach the hearts of many black people to know that there is more than just prejudice in the world. It shows the horrible facts that black people a lot of the time have to work double as much. There are a lot of important lessons in this book so far and is written in a very captivating way. It is encouraging and instills the will to work hard. I am not black so I feel like this book is made for people of that race, so I won't be entering it, but that doesn't mean I don't like this book because it is needed and adds to the many others like to to try and break down the ancient way of thinking for people who are white. I like that the book includes their own experiences which help the lessons to be easy to learn from. I can already tell that once someone finishing reading it they will have the drive to do anything they set their mind to.
