Even from the introduction, I want to read the rest of this book! As a white individual, I can already see how insightful the rest of this book will be. The Sofolukes get straight to the point interspersing stories of their family's experience in the workplace and the fortitude that their parents demonstrated to overcome others' stereotypes. I'll be reading the rest to get a glimpse into the racial divide when it comes to working hard for success.
