I work in a corporation right now, and am working on the DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) training and development strategy in partnership with our Chief DEI officer. I am a white woman and am constantly aware of my lack of personal knowledge on this subject, so I am always seeking input and perspectives beyond my own to develop this strategy with intention. This book is PERFECT for this goal and I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to read it.
