Unhappy adult relationships and teens who dabble in witchcraft seem to be the two common denominators in this New York town where it's necessary to wash gravestones and remove graffiti. While I find myself interested in "who done it" for the unsolved murders of the past as well as the slightly suspicious recent murder of teacher Daisy, I am not sure that I'm totally pulled into the narrative by the policewoman who is the protagonist. I believe I would enjoy reading the whole book.
