Wow, this is so dark and mysterious, I'm so excited for it! Our MC is so tough and full of rage, which is a character after my own heart. I am dying to know what happened to her mom. Elwood is a really creepy dude, his butterfly obsession and hallucinations are creeptastic, but also most likely a byproduct of being raised by his cruel (and possibly murderous?) parents. This sounds like it'll be a fun mystery, can't wait to read it!
