I was immediately drawn into the life of the characters involved and their world and the time portrayed. The prose was very easy to follow and very interesting and flowed extremely well in introducing many of those who will, I believe, become the main characterers in this story. I'm already intriqued by why Keelin and Brian are so at odds with each other and want to know why!
