After reading this first impression of To the Waters and the Wild, I have to say that the characters themselves really stand out to me and I'm somehow already developing a connection with them. The plot hasn't been too developed yet since it's just the beginning, but I'm really intrigued already by the world-building and where things are going. I'm really hooked by the dramatic cover as well--the mysterious cloaked person with the gorgeous nature background. Can't wait to read this one!
