That first look got me hooked! I am so interested in reading more to see what will happen to Kira! I was really surprise that the book opens with romance. It wasn't what I was expecting at all, and I really want to know if Kira and Alan will both survive to get their happily ever after. This wasn't like any science fiction work I've read so far, and I would love to see how it all works out. The writing is good and the book is already super suspenseful. The cover art is lovely.
