Two chapters is Not Enough! I'm hooked!
Thank you to BookishFirst and author Christopher Paolini for the chance to review the first two chapters of the upcoming release.
The first two chapters are written with the focus on primary character Kira, a scientist on a planetary survey team. The first two chapters address the strain placed on personal relationships through such work, long distances, and lag times. Kira is preparing to finish the current survey, get married, and change to a long-term position with a colony crew, when the plot thickens through the introduction of a new problem. The problem is not clearly identified within the first two chapters, but I, as the reader, am already hooked at that point.
This will be a must have for my personal library!
