I liked this book because it was mythology related; the fates. This was a good read because you did not know completely what was going to happen until it happened. It is also mystery, which I love. I like how we learn about the three sisters and how they all play a part in what is happening. I also think it is cool that one of the sisters is like a private detective and solves things in Alante. The book is mostly about her recent cases where women from the city are being taken and for a purpose because the people taking them are doing something to their life threads which turns them into wraiths, which then causes them to kill others in the city. It is a big case for her to solve alone. So she works with Edei to find out who is causing what is happening in the city. There is a huge twist when one of her sisters comes to see her and the most suspected person for the abductions of the women is with her!
