One of the best books I have ever read
This Is How You Lose The Time War is such an amazing book. It follows two women through time as they fight in a war and find love. It was truly such an incredible book.
I don’t normally read books in the “sci-fi” genre, but this was utterly perfect! I loved the writing, and my only complaint would be that it is too short! The dual perspectives were good and fit the story line very well. I couldn’t even tell that this was written by multiple authors.
The characters were as developed as they could be in such a short time span. The usage of Red and Blue as character names was an interesting one, but one I thought worked well regardless.
The ending wrapped things up nicely, and while I was left a little confused because of the ambiguity of some of the language, I ultimately knew that I loved it.
This cover is also so so gorgeous! The colors? The birds? Perfection.
