Didn't love it, but that doesn't mean you won't either
This is one of those books that everyone loves and I just really couldn't get myself to like...I started off the book so confused about what was going on and gave myself 50 pages to get a better understanding of the premise of the story. I still couldn't get into it by page 50 and had to put it down. The writing is so beautiful, but I feel like it distracted me from the storyline. The characters, for me personally, felt too abstract and there wasn't anything concrete that I could wrap my head around. So many people love this book, and for anyone reading this, please take my review with a grain of salt. This book has some crazy good reviews on BookishFirst and Goodreads, I would still consider picking it up if you haven't already.
