Reading this beginning chapter, it sets up the stage for the world (or worlds) we will see as time goes on. The world to 'Red' is nothing; are they a robot? Are they so far removed from 'human' nature that they are in fact gender-less?
The blurb indicates that they (the two gender-less beings) come to love one another. But I am curious on if it is really love, and can they comprehend love?
