Now, three years after the horrific night, Jill receives texts that claim Graham is innocent. Once Jill starts to dig deeper into that fateful night, she discovers secrets that could put her life. This novel is a suspenseful read. Combining the elite high school and murder mystery, the author does an amazing job of holding the reader captive until the very last page. The novel touches on concepts such as socio-economic status and bullying. The female lead is strong and capable of learning the truth even when she is confused. Full of intrigue and mystery, this book is great for readers who enjoyed “One of Us is Lying.”
