I wasn't completely blown away by this book but I didn't hate it. It was alright.
From the start, it was kind of slow and I kind of felt like I was powering through the book. It was a little difficult to read and I felt as if I was forcing myself to read but it wasn't completely awful. It was overall just meh. I couldn't really connect with any of the characters too much, especially the Main Character. It was rather predictable and it fell flat at some parts. Some things I did appreciate however was I did enjoy the author's writing at some parts. Although I did figure out what was going to happen early on, some of the twists still caught me off guard.
I partly believe that that is because this is a genre I don't read too often. Murder-mystery books have never been my preferred genre ESPECIALLY if they are Y/A. This book wasn't awful and I'd recommend for fans of One of Us Is Lying
