A group of popular kids hiding secrets and alluding to deathly deceptions has easily caught my attention. Already there are a myriad of hints and clues that show that Shaila was not beloved by all and not the perfect girl. The story is well-written and the reader coasts along with Jill as she relives her memories of the previous year and tries to get through the current one. Reading about these seniors makes me so thankful that I had a great group of friends in high school because school can be... deadly.
