Both the cover and title of They'll Never Catch Us were really reminiscent of Jessica Goodman's other book, They Wish They Were Us. So going in, I thought it was potentially a sequel to the book. But here, we get a whole new cast of characters. Characters that are equally as compelling as Ms. Goodman's previous book.

I find that I'm always interested in family dynamics in books. Especially since they are more often than not dysfunctional, and always makes for a great read. This book was no different. I really enjoyed reading about the sisters.

I also really liked the format. The chapters were super short (reminding me of James Patterson, but I could be wrong because it's been years since I last read one of his books), so I flew by reading them. The mystery also draws you in and keeps you reading.

I'm not an athletic person but reading this book makes me want to try (heavy emphasis on TRY) to run and be active.
