Cannot go wrong with a good thriller during summertime. I already like where this premise is going and the influx of questions I have. Definitely a first impression that makes you want more. More background on Ellie and Stella’s clashing personas, more on the disappearances and more on how these girls will handle the scrutiny that befalls them. The cover is an instant draw in, and I love how the shoe ties in with the running aspect of their cross-country training. Almost makes you hypothesize who did it long before you dive in. Now I just need release day to hurry up so I can find out!
