I would recommend this book to nerds, popular people, and anyone in between. I would especially recommend this book to people that like anime, manga, or Pride and Prejudice.

Cameron is a member of Geeks and Nerds Unite (G.A.N.U.) with his best friends Jocelyn and D'Anthony and frenemy Mackenzie. He loves almost anything anime, manga, sci-fi, etc. The summer before his senior year of high school, he starts hooking up with popular girl Karla when she gets a job at Cameron's place of employment. Karla is class president, prom committee, theater group material. Cameron fully anticipates that their relationship will end when school starts, but it doesn't. They will not take their relationship public because they know their respective friend groups will not accept it. Cameron decides to prove that their relationship can work by joining the theater group's production of Pride and Prejudice. Meanwhile, Cameron is also developing feelings for Mackenzie. He comes to realize that he didn't know her as well as he thought. Cameron must decide who he really is and be true to himself.
