Unfortunately, “The Wrong Kind of Weird” is the wrong kind of book for me. I know this book is geared towards young adults so I’m not part of the target audience, but everything in the First Look just felt too juvenile to me! Also, the overabundance of pop culture references just made it seem like the book was trying too hard. The book cover was cool and eye-catching, but based on the First Look I have no desire to finish reading this novel.
