I throughly enjoyed reading, The Woods Are Always Watching by Stephanie Perkins!! It was sure a quick little read, even though it took me a little while of time to really get into the story as I feel the beginning was drug out a little bit too long. I feel like it didn’t really pick up until maybe about half way through. Once the story did pick up it seemed to move along pretty quickly and then it was over. There were some disturbing parts in the story but it was sure good! I do feel like there could have been a little bit more story to the ending though, it just kind of cuts ya loose and leaves ya hanging after all happens, it would have been nice to have more of an outcome.
I really like the cover of the book, that’s what originally caught my attention and pulled me in right away, the colors used and the mysterious look and feel to it. I rate this book 3 stars to the slow beginning.
