I loved Stephanie Perkins “There’s Someone Inside Your House”. She writes strong, relatable main characters who do everything opposite of what the girls in horror movies do. They’re all very Sydney from Scream, they fight back. There’s nothing scarier than the woods and I think Stephanie does a good job of capturing that.
