You can already feel the tension in this story just from the First Impression - it's clear that Josie and Neena are poorly prepared for their trip, and that this lack of preparedness will fracture their relationship. The woods also have a great creepy vibe perfect for a thriller. I also like the spooky tree-filled cover of the book.
