So many thrillers these days are relying on some twist to make the book good. In this case it was something that I thought I knew early on. There was the first twist and then a second one. I did enjoy the book, but I get so tired of these books all relying on the same method to amp up the suspense. There's a reason why I've stopped reading so many thrillers and it's because they all get more and more wild in their twists to keep readers engaged. The book drug on in places for me and I was really ready for it to be over. I had to try and realize who was narrating and when this was occurring through parts of the book. I just felt that the transitions weren't always seamless and made me confused more than enjoy the book.
