Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen are some very talented writers. This thriller not only had me up late into the night, but was also plotted out so intricately, almost like an 1000 piece puzzle. I was hooked at chapter 1.
For a while, there was two perspectives going on, which was incredible yet easy to follow. Then we went into another part of the book, which has an entirely different feel. We would learn things early on, but learn more in chapters down the road. It would be interesting to map out all the hints and clues that because reality for our main character Vanessa.
This one is going into my pile of “love story with a twist” books. Gave me similar vibes as The Last Flight (Julie Clark) and Something in the water (Catherine Steadman).
This one you have to read right up through the epilogue to appreciate the whole story. Recommending to everyone!
